Returns
You have 30 days from receiving normal delivery products to arrange your return. For products delivered on palettes, e.g Husafell Shield, you must notify Summers Strength of your return within 7-10 days.
To be eligible for a return, your products must be unused, and in the same condition in which they were delivered.
To return your item, you must be able to present proof of purchase.
To arrange returns, please contact Summers Strength by email.
Refunds
Once your item has been returned, we will inspect the products and update you on the process on your refund. All refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Shipping
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your products, shipping will be deducted.
